Adam specialises in the digital aspects of the energy transition and the drive toward net zero, within the energy and transport sectors, and further afield.
He has extensive experience advising on complex technology-focused strategic partnerships and commercial contracts, acquisitions and investments, digital transformation, and public and private procurement. He focuses on the commercial, IP, IT, data and cyber aspects of such projects.
This includes multiple transactions concerning energy storage and renewables, EVs and AVs, smart energy infrastructure, digital infrastructure, the deployment of emerging technologies including AI, and ESG platforms.
Adam was also a legal advisor to the Blockchain & Climate Institute, which exposed him to the expertise in the deployment of emerging technologies for climate and sustainability actions.
