Adam is a versatile commercial lawyer with over six years' experience advising corporate clients in the energy and resources, industrials, and emerging technology sectors.
He has advised on substantial regulated and unregulated transactions and fundraisings in the energy and resources markets, including acquisitions (both share and asset acquisitions), disposals, divestments, joint ventures and alliances, royalty and offtake arrangements, private equity fundraisings, regulatory approval issues (including connection, critical infrastructure, and foreign investment issues), and procurement.
Adam is experienced in providing advice across all aspects of a transaction and a project's development from robust legal due diligence, negotiating key transaction and other major commercial project documents, advising on regulatory compliance matters, and implementing complex deal structuring and transaction management.
Adam has worked closely with clients at all stages of their growth. Having worked in the resources, construction, and procurement industries for five years and served as a director of a construction procurement start up, Adam understands the commercial drivers that underpin a client's project, transaction, or fundraising objectives.
