Agathe Motte is a partner in our global markets practice
She advises French and foreign financial institutions, funds, corporates, FinTechs and public institutions on structured finance transactions and securitisation transactions. She has considerable experience in domestic and multi-jurisdictional securitisation deals backed by various asset classes (trade receivables, loans, real estate, tangible assets, whole business securitisations, digital loans, NPLs) privately or publicly placed, as well as project bonds, covered bonds, digital platforms financings and assets-backed financings.
Prior to joining Ashurst in January 2022, Agathe spent 10 years at the Paris office of Linklaters, as a Counsel since 2017. Prior to joining Linklaters, she was associate at Gide Loyrette Nouel, after having started her career as a Solicitor at Henry Davis York in Sydney.
Agathe is bilingual in French and English.
She is an avocate at the Paris Bar and admitted in New South Wales – Australia.
