<p><span>&nbsp;</span>Bego&ntilde;a is a senior associate in the corporate department of Ashurst Spain. Prior to joining Ashurst, she worked at R&ouml;dl &amp; Partner.</p> <p><span> She specialises in mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and corporate law advice to both national and international companies. She also has experience in advising clients in relation to the setting-up of joint ventures and the sale and purchase of companies in a wide range of sectors such as real estate, energy, technology and food industry.<br /> <br /> She has degrees in Law and in Political Science from the Universidad Carlos III, Madrid. She has also a master degree in International Legal Practice from the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Econom&iacute;a (ISDE) and she completed a one-year study Erasmus program in the University College of London (UK).</span></p>
