Caroline is an expert in debt capital markets transactions. Her experience spans a wide range of transactions, including stand-alone Eurobond issuance (both Regulation S and Rule 144A), Australian medium term note programmes, euro medium term note programmes, euro commercial paper programmes, US private placements, regulatory capital, project bond finance and liability management.
Caroline has worked with financial institutions, corporations, sovereigns, issuers and dealers/managers in both developed and emerging market jurisdictions across Australia, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. She has extensive international experience.
Caroline also assists in a wider range of banking and corporate finance work, including in relation to a mix of loan markets and debt capital markets funding and inter-company loans and guarantees.
Caroline is listed as a Next Generation Lawyer for Capital Markets (Australia), Asia-Pacific, Legal 500 (2017 to 2019) and is the Winner for the Rising Star in Capital Markets, Euromoney Asia Women in Business Law Awards (2018).
Caroline is also a guest lecturer for the University of Sydney and the University of Melbourne LLM programmes.
Caroline is qualified in Australia and England & Wales.
