Chris is a partner in the firm's global Tech M&A practice, based in London. He is a specialist in the technology sector and has extensive experience in the UK and French markets (10 years in the Paris market). He works closely with companies at all stages of their development, as well as private equity investors and venture capital investors on their significant strategic M&A, in particular complex cross-border M&A, partnerships and joint ventures, financings, and other strategic transactions and advising on corporate governance.
Chris has particular expertise in software/SaaS, IT Services, fintech, gaming, defence, semiconductors, AI, quantum computing, biotech and other advanced technologies.
He is qualified in English law and has also been admitted previously as a lawyer in France and Australia.
