Elizabeth advises global financial institutions, funds and corporate borrowers on structured finance and fund financing transactions (including subscription/capital call facilities and asset backed leverage facilities). Elizabeth has spent time on secondment with Ernst & Young's financial services debt advisory team, where she advised on speciality finance transaction structuring, development and execution.
Elizabeth's recent experience in the speciality finance market includes advising various originators in respect of forward flow agreements, as well as an array of funders in respect of senior and mezzanine financing lines made available across a variety of sectors (including bridging, SME lending and debt purchase). In the funds finance space Elizabeth has recently advised some of the world's largest asset managers (across a wide variety of fund types, including private equity funds, real estate funds and direct lending funds) as well as large multi-bank syndicates on a range of subscription line transactions.
