Felicity Dunstone is a senior associate in our digital economy team
Felicity approaches her work with curiosity and creativity to solve complex problems and achieve great outcomes. She enjoys the cross-over of innovative technological solutions for businesses and the law in her day-to-day work.
She advises clients on multi-faceted procurement for business process and technology transformation projects, large-scale outsourcing transactions, systems development and integration, software licensing, hardware procurement and support, various As a Service arrangements and due diligence and intellectual property matters.
Felicity has expensive experience advising on procurement planning, strategy, structure and preparation, as well as negotiation and management of contracts. She is especially experienced in QITC transactions and Government tendering in Queensland, including as part of an in-house legal team in a previous role.
She also advises on data protection and information privacy issues and cyber preparedness and data breach incident response under Federal and State and Territory regimes.
Felicity's client base includes small to medium enterprises and large companies across a range of industries and public sector organisations.
