Guillaume Vatin is a senior associate in our antitrust, regulation and foreign investment and EU law practice in Paris
He assists French and international companies before the French and European courts and competition authorities, notably in cartel and abuse of dominant position cases. He also advises on merger control and foreign investment control issues.
Guillaume is a graduate from the Ecole normale supérieure Paris-Saclay ("agrégation" in economics and management, 2012) and the London School of Economics and Political Science (LL.M., 2015). He also holds a Master 2 European Business Law from the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
Guillaume is member of the Paris Bar. Prior to joining Ashurst, Guillaume practiced for 6 years with a leading French law firm.
