Hazel advises and acts in transport and international trade matters including shipping, charterparties, sale of goods, ports, logistics, projects, cross border disputes and arbitration.
Her expertise includes soft, hard and wet commodities, supply chain, market access, customs, trade finance, marine insurance and all modes of transport. Hazel's experience of regions, markets, jurisdictions and trade flows adds depth and context whether advising on projects, offtake, trade finance, oil and gas, agricultural commodities, export and commercial documentation, warehousing, distribution, or trade regulation and compliance.
Hazel is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Transport of Australia, an export panel arbitrator for Grain Trade Australia, and a committee member of the Maritime Law Association of Australia and New Zealand.
