Isabelle Lentz is a partner in our corporate practice
Isabelle's principal fields of activity are Luxembourg corporate law, specialised investment funds, investment companies, mergers and acquisition and banking law. She regularly advises private equity and asset management clients on the establishment of AIFs as well as related regulatory questions, acquisition/financing structures and on investments.
Isabelle advises major international corporations on their general corporate affairs, migrations, mergers and general cross-border transactions and also advises on joint ventures, corporate restructurings, corporate reorganisations, financings and re-financings.
She speaks English, German, French and Luxembourgish.
Isabelle is qualified in Luxembourg and is a Registered European Lawyer (England & Wales).
