Jock O'Shea

<p>The focus of Jock's practice is real estate financing and asset and receivables financing, but he has wide-ranging experience with a variety of financing structures and products across a number of industry sectors. He also has extensive experience advising clients in a range of industries on issues relating to the Personal Property Securities Act 2009.</p> <p>Jock's real estate finance experience, primarily acting for financial institutions, covers development financing and investment financing, and dealing with borrowers including ASX-listed developers, managed investment schemes, and private development companies.</p> <p>Jock's asset and receivables finance experience, acting both for financial institutions and for listed companies, covers secured debt facilities, domestic and cross-border leasing transactions, and receivables and inventory purchase arrangements. He works closely with our direct and indirect tax teams to provide comprehensive advice on structuring and executing financing solutions.</p>
