Having practised employment law for over 16 years, Julie specialises in workplace investigations, discrimination law, executive employment and workplace training, and leads our Workplace Learning practice.
Julie advises on all aspects of employment law, and has particular experience advising on and conducting workplace investigations into executive misconduct. Julie frequently advises about on-boarding and exiting senior executives, managing ill and injured workers, and the interpretation of agreements and contracts. Julie advises private sector, public sector and pro bono clients from various industries.
An accredited workplace trainer, Julie has extensive experience in the development and delivery of interactive and experiential training on a broad range of employment and discrimination law topics. She regularly facilitates programs on workplace investigations, performance management and EEO awareness.
As Head of Workplace Learning, Julie leads our employment lawyers in the design, development and delivery of client-tailored learning options and publications.
