Kate Hollings is a senior associate in our employment practice
Kate provides practical legal advice to clients on a range of employment and industrial relations issues. This includes advice regarding employment termination, discrimination issues, award compliance and enterprise agreement negotiations. Kate advises clients in relation to managing disputes and has experience in taking carriage of various court and tribunal proceedings including unfair dismissals and industrial disputes in the Fair Work Commission, state and federal discrimination claims and underpayment and accessorial liability claims in the Federal Court.
Prior to joining Ashurst, Kate worked in house at one of Australia's largest private employers. With this experience, Kate provides with clients to ensure the advice that is practical and solution focused.
