Katrin Weixlgartner is a senior associate in our dispute resolution practice in Munich
Katrin advises and represents clients in disputes before state courts as well as out-of-court, particularly in construction matters, focusing on practical and economical solutions in the clients' interest. Further, she has expertise in advising national and international companies from different industries and sectors on complex product liability and product safety matters.
She has experience defending consumer mass product liability claims, namely in the life sciences industry, but in the automotive industry as well. She assisted international companies, among others, in the coordination of complex product liability claims in different jurisdictions and in establishing an overall defence strategy thereto.
Katrin studied at the University of Augsburg. She was admitted to the bar in Germany in 2017.
Before joining Ashurst, she worked in the Munich office of another international law firm.
