Kensuke Inoue is a partner in our finance practice
Kensuke specialises in securities, finance, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactional matters. He advises financial institutional clients as well as other corporate clients in various forms of transactions, and also gives advice to these clients in relation to regulatory and other matters.
He heads the Japanese-qualified bengoshi team at the Tokyo office that offers advice on a broad range of Japanese law matters including corporate, finance, financial regulatory, securities, real estate, employment and data protection, and also advises and assists Japanese and foreign clients in cross-border transactions in the areas of finance, securities and corporate M&A. The team also works on dispute resolution and compliance matters, including regulatory investigations, in association with other teams at Ashurst.
He is a Japanese-qualified lawyer (bengoshi) admitted to the Tokyo Bar Association and is also admitted to practice law in the State of California, USA.
