has wide experience advising financial institutions and corporates on cross-border loan financing and related hedging matters, securities financing transactions, and derivatives transactions. Kirsty has particular expertise advising on related regulatory matters, including EMIR, the Securities Financing Transactions Regulation (SFTR) and the Benchmarks Regulation. Kirsty also advises on ongoing Brexit-related matters and EU/UK regulatory divergence, and a range of legal and contractual issues arising from the transition away from LIBOR. Kirsty regularly provides training to industry professionals on legal and regulatory developments.
