Kylie Lane is a partner in our corporate practice
Kylie practises primarily in the area of mergers and acquisitions, corporate advisory and company law and governance. Kylie's mergers and acquisitions experience includes public company takeovers, schemes of arrangement, trust schemes, private acquisitions and joint ventures.
She has particular expertise acting on cross-border and regulated acquisitions and has significant international mergers and acquisitions experience, including working as an associate with a leading U.S. law firm in New York. Kylie is admitted in New York.
Kylie also advises listed and unlisted companies in relation to directors duties, Corporations Act requirements, corporate governance and securities laws, including registered managed investment schemes. She has also advised clients in relation to strategic supply agreements and shareholder arrangements.
