She is an expert in investment real estate in various asset classes including hotels, office, healthcare and residential – both build to sell and build to rent. Lindy has extensive experience advising on the sales and acquisitions, foreign investment regulation and approvals, material leasing arrangements, real estate developments and key management agreements – including development management, property management and investment management.
Lindy has considerable expertise in the establishment of joint ventures and co-ownership arrangements, both incorporated and unincorporated, and the establishment of platforms for real estate ownership and development.
Lindy also advises on liquor and gaming laws and regulations in Australia and gaming related contracts and arrangements.
Lindy has been involved in a number of significant transactions and also works closely with her clients in connection with their day to day operational and commercial issues.
