Nathan Huynh is a senior associate in our U.S. finance practice
Nathan advises borrowers and lenders on a broad range of U.S. domestic and cross-border finance transactions, including acquisition and other leveraged and investment-grade financings, asset based financings, trade receivable financings, fund financings, infrastructure-related financings, and regulatory capital financings for insurance companies.
Nathan also has experience advising non-U.S. clients on M&A transactions where the target is a U.S. company, and general U.S. corporate matters.
Outside his practice, Nathan also leads the Ashurst New York Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.
Prior to joining Ashurst, Nathan was an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in New York.
Nathan is admitted to the New York State Bar.
