Nisha Sanghani is Head of Ashurst Risk Advisory Middle East. With two decades of consultancy and in-house commercial experience, Nisha is a pre-eminent consultant and business leader renowned for her product and business knowledge. Her experience includes providing board level executives with deep technical governance, regulatory and risk management insights, and leading complex business change programmes.
In October 2022, Nisha joined Ashurst Risk Advisory UK as a founding partner, where Nisha led the development of new client relationships and the expansion of existing firm relationships by delivering quality solutions in corporate governance, risk management and regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining Ashurst Risk Advisory, Nisha was the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Rosediem Consulting, a boutique consulting firm specialising in providing tailored solutions in regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management and governance. Under Nisha’s leadership, Rosediem Consulting was awarded the ‘Best Specialist Financial Regulatory Consulting Firm’ in the UK, and Nisha was recognised by The CEO Publication as one of the UK’s top 20 dynamic CEOs.
Nisha started her career at KPMG UK where she established herself as a market leading consultant, helping clients to breakthrough complex problems. Nisha has also previously held roles on the Executive Committee of a global investment bank and the Board of a FTSE 250 listed wealth manager. Today, alongside her role as Head of Ashurst Risk Advisory Middle East, Nisha is a specialist advisor to the Corporate Governance Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants England & Wales (ICAEW).
