Oliver Cary is a partner in our investment funds practice
Oliver has considerable experience advising established and new fund managers on the formation and raising of their funds. He also consistently assists clients on co-investment, joint-venture and segregated mandate arrangements.
Other relevant experience includes regularly advising fund managers and sponsors on their executive carried interest and investment interest schemes, as well as managers/sponsors and investors on transfers of interests in funds.
In 2021, he was interviewed by The Lawyer as part of their Festival of Talent.
