Peter Richard is a counsel in our dispute resolution practice
Peter has wide-ranging experience advising corporations and financial institutions on contentious matters (both domestic and multi-jurisdictional).
Peter's experience includes acting on high value, complex banking litigation matters, advising clients in respect of contentious regulatory disputes and conducting internal investigations.
Prior to joining Ashurst, Peter worked for other international law firms in Sydney and London, and undertook secondments to the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, and to the litigation team of a global investment bank.
