Pooja specialises in investment funds and financial services. Her experience includes advising Australian and international clients on fund establishment, fund regulatory compliance, investment in funds, and transactions involving funds.
Pooja regularly advises large asset managers as well as emerging asset managers on complex financial services regulatory issues. She also has specific experience in the offering and promotion of financial products and has worked on transactions across retail funds, wholesale funds, listed investment trusts, private equity funds, hedge funds and exchange-traded funds.
