Rizaldy Tauhid is managing partner of our Jakarta office and a partner in our banking and finance practice
Rizaldy specialises in corporate law, banking & finance, projects and infrastructure, including but not limited, to toll roads, water projects, power and construction.
Rizaldy advises Indonesian and foreign clients on various toll road projects in Indonesia, major infrastructure and project finance transaction . In addition, Rizaldy has extensive experience in listed bond issuance and debt securities issuance in Indonesia.
He also has experience in handling construction matters, ranging from reviewing, negotiating and understanding construction contracts, including FIDIC contracts. Rizaldy also has broad experience in assignments relating to mergers and acquisitions, foreign investments, and capital markets in Indonesia.
Rizaldy is based in Jakarta at Ashurst's associated firm, Oentoeng Suria & Partners.
