Rob is a senior associate in our International Projects Group, focused on major renewable energy and clean technology projects and transactions. With a strong projects and M&A cross-practice skillset, Rob advises global and domestic clients on all aspects of their investments and project development.
Having advised on over 2GW of renewables projects and transactions across wind, solar, pumped hydro and other emerging technologies, Rob's specific experience covers; project and investment strategy and structuring, complex investment and shareholding documentation across a range of industries including share/business sale, subscription, security holder/joint venture and security agreements, project documentation including joint development, project services and funding agreements, bespoke and ISDA-based power purchase agreements for corporates and retailers, including behind-the-meter arrangements regulatory approvals with strong FIRB experience, due diligence, completion and financial close processes including coordinating the equity, finance and project work streams on large-scale renewable energy projects, national electricity market regulatory matters and cross-border M&A and project management.
