Soledad is a senior associate in our public law practice, specialising in energy, infrastructure, public procurement, environment and contentious-administrative litigation.
She provides legal advice to major corporations, global investment banks, investment funds, equity sponsors and public entities in a wide range of public law/regulatory issues, such as public procurement, sanctioning proceedings, regulated sectors (energy, telecommunications, waste…), foreign investments, environment, subsidies, public property, administrative liability, expropriations, contencious-administrative litigation and constitutional law litigation. She also advises on public law matters in the context of corporate transactions.
Soledad has a Law Degree from Universidad Pontificia Comillas de Madrid (ICADE), during which she studied for a year in Université Paris X Nanterre (France). She also holds a Diploma in International Relations and a Political and Administration Sciencies Degree from Universidad Pontificia Comillas de Madrid. She prepared five years for the competitive state exams for State Advocate.
