Tharaka is a Director in the Regulatory, Governance, Operational Risk & Resilience and Change team for Ashurst Risk Advisory over 15 years of industry experience in accounting and financial regulation. He has in-depth CASS expertise developed over the last 12 years, working for the Financial Conduct Authority, KPMG and Société Generale. In his most recent role, Tharaka held the senior manager function with the prescribed responsibility for client assets (SMF18z) for Société Generale International Limited (formerly Newedge), an agency and prime broker and a CASS Large firm.
