Tim Edmonds is a partner in our derivatives and structured products practice
Tim acts for global investment banks on flow and bespoke structured products. His practice includes various wrappers (including notes, certificates and warrants) and underliers (including equities, FX, commodities, funds and proprietary strategies). He advises on a wide range of securitised derivative issuance platforms for both retail and wholesale clients. He assists major financial institutions to comply with the requirements of the UK securities regime, as well as other regulatory initiatives that impact on structured products.
Tim also advises on trustee-based structures, including collateralised structured product programmes, and structured product hedging arrangements such as white labelling.
Tim is admitted to the New York State Bar and is qualified in England & Wales. He is on the roll of solicitors in the Republic of Ireland and New Zealand.
