Tristan advises proponents of major projects on all aspects of the New South Wales and Federal environmental assessment and approvals process, and has significant experience advising on environment, water, planning and cultural heritage law.
Tristan has acted for clients in judicial review and civil enforcement proceedings and in defending environmental prosecutions.
