Will advises on contentious and non-contentious matters across a range of disciplines. These include copyright, trade marks, patents, privacy and consumer law.
Will has acted in litigation in the Federal Court of Australia, copyright tribunal proceedings, and in patent and trade mark oppositions. He has advised clients on freedom to operate, trade mark registrability, patent defensibility, compliance with privacy laws, advertising and marketing promotions, trade mark portfolio management, brand enforcement, licensing and supplier agreements, nondisclosure agreements, product terms and conditions, and audits of intellectual property assets in corporate due diligence processes.
Will has worked with Australian and international clients in industries including hospitality, entertainment, consumer goods, mining and resources, technology, financial services and pharmaceuticals.
