Yolanda Liu is an Australian-registered foreign lawyer in our structured finance practice
Yolanda's specialises in derivatives, structured finance, commodity finance and regulatory matters in relation to foreign exchange, banking business and financial services. Yolanda is based in our Sydney office but works with the teams in our Chinese offices, where she was previously located. She has extensive experience in advising international banks and financial institutions on various domestic and cross-border financing transactions and a wide range of financial services and regulatory matters. She also has extensive experience in advising financial institutions, sovereign funds and exchanges in relation to derivative transactions, commodities trading and finance and a wide range of regulatory matters relating to central clearing, OTC derivatives, futures trading and structured products.
Yolanda has spent time at a subsidiary bank of JPMorgan on secondment, during which time she assisted in setting up the bank's onshore OTC commodity derivatives platform and practice.
Yolanda is qualified in the People's Republic of China and is an Australian-registered foreign lawyer.
