Ashurst advised Amundi SGR on an investment in the food sector

Global law firm Ashurst advised Amundi SGR S.p.A. in relation to the investment, on behalf of the fund Amundi Eltif AgrItaly PIR, in the Dagu group through the vehicle Master Gallus S.A., a pan European leader in the egg production and commercialization sector.
The investment has been carried out through a capital increase and let the company finalise the acquisition of Granja Agas, S.A. It will consent company's growth also through further acquisitions.
The Ashurst team was led by partner Fabio Niccoli supported by senior associate Andrea di Rosa and trainee Carolina Quagliata.
