Ashurst advised on five prizewinning deals at The Asset Triple A Infrastructure Awards

The projects to receive awards on which Ashurst advised include:
- Wandoan South Battery Energy Storage System, which was named both Battery Storage Deal of the Year – Global and Battery Storage Deal of the Year – Australia. Partner Dan Brown, with partners Chris Redden and Paul Newman, led the team advising Vena Energy on the debt financing for the Wandoan South Battery Energy Storage System in Australia.
- ADNOC Gas Pipelines, which was named Oil & Gas Deal of the Year - Global. A team led by partner Stuart James advised ADNOC on one of the largest global energy infrastructure transactions which will see a consortium of investors invest in select ADNOC gas pipeline assets valued at US$20.7 billion.
- Quantum and Sembelia solar power projects, which was named Renewable Energy Deal of the Year (Solar) - Indonesia. Partners Frederic Draps and Alfred Ng led the team advising Société Générale, as lender, hedging bank and agent, in connection with the US$20 million financing of the Quantum and Sambelia utility-scale solar PV power projects in Indonesia.
- Murra Warra 2 Finco Pty Limited, which was named Renewable Energy Deal of the Year-Wind/Green Project of the Year - Australia. A team led by partner Chris Redden advised a syndicate of lenders and hedge providers on the project financing of the 209 MW Murra Warra Wind Farm (Stage II) in Victoria.
