Ashurst has advised certain funds managed by Arcmont Asset Management and Bank of Ireland in connection with the financing of the acquisition of a majority stake in imes-icore Holding GmbH, a leading provider of CNC CAD/CAM systems for the dental industry, by EMZ Partners. The parties have agreed not to disclose the details of the financing.
