Ashurst advises BBOX on £3.9bn recommended all-share combination with UKCM

Global law firm Ashurst is advising Tritax Big Box REIT plc ('BBOX') on its recommended all-share combination with UK Commercial Property REIT Limited ('UKCM').

The combination will create the fourth largest UK REIT by market capitalisation, with a combined market capitalisation of c.£3.9 billion, and establish a c.£6.3 billion portfolio focused on high-quality UK logistics assets. It would constitute a Class 1 acquisition for BBOX under the Listing Rules.

The Ashurst team is being led by Corporate Partners Karen Davies and Simon Bullock, with support from Aimee Carroll-Hewitt and Colin Bugler. Real estate partner Tim Regis and banking partner Nicholas Moore are also advising.
