Ashurst advises Bosch Sicherheitssysteme on the acquisition of DMS Digitale Mess- und Steuerungssysteme 

Ashurst has advised Bosch Sicherheitssysteme GmbH on the acquisition of DMS Digitale Mess- und Steuerungssysteme AG, headquartered in Ettlingen, Baden-Württemberg, and its Chinese subsidiary, DMS Automation Technology (Suzhou) Co. Ltd.

DMS AG offers solutions and services in the areas of building, industrial, process and room automation as well as building and energy management. The parties have agreed not to disclose the pur-chase price. The acquisition is subject to the approval of the relevant antitrust authorities.
