Ashurst advises Equitix European Infrastructure Fund on the acquisition of Hidrometering, S.L. from Agbar

International law firm Ashurst has advised Equitix European Infrastructure Fund on a pioneering transaction in Spain involving the acquisition of Hidrometering S.L. from Agbar. Hidrometering operates throughout the Barcelona Metropolitan Area, providing water metering services directly to 450,000 residential customers.

The team was led by Corporate Energy Transition partner Andrés Alfonso and counsel Tannia Rodríguez, assisted by Beatriz Aizpún and Marta Timoner (associates, respectively).
