Ashurst advises HT Group

Ashurst advised the investment, asset, and fund manager HT Group on the acquisition of a new office building at the established office location "Kisselberg" in Mainz-Gonsenheim / Germany. HT Group acquired the property on behalf of its special AIF "HT Top 4 Invest". The seller and developer of the property is J. Molitor Immobilien GmbH. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

Located at Isaac-Fulda-Allee, the four-storey office building features around 11.160 sqm of rental space, an underground car park with 164 parking spaces as well as 26 outdoor parking lots. The conveniently located office complex was completed in July 2022 and is already fully leased. Mainz is situated in the dynamically developing Rhine-Main region. Numerous office administration buildings and headquarters of renowned companies are located at Isaac-Fulda-Allee. A biotechnology park is being built nearby.
