Ashurst advises Mirvac on A7 7 billion AMP office fund

This included advising in relation to formulating a strategy for the unsolicited proposal to the existing trustee, liaising directly with investors to convene a meeting of members to vote directly on the proposed replacement, and negotiating transaction documents with counsel for the investors and AMPCI.
