Ashurst advises NTR in a transaction that marks its entrance into the Italian market

NTR Renewable Energy Income Fund II, through its special purpose vehicle NTR Green Energy Italy Holdings S.r.l., has acquired from BayWa r.e. Windpark Arlena GmbH, two operating wind projects located in the Province of Viterbo with an overall capacity of 18 MW, generating approximately 40 GWh annually and which has an existing project finance scheme in place with Norddeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale.
