Ashurst advised ODDO BHF and ELF Capital as lenders on the financing of the acquisition of a majority stake in karriere tutor by Swedish private equity firm Trill Impact. The parties have agreed not to disclose the terms and conditions of the financing.
karriere tutor is the leading digital provider of state-subsidised professional training in Germany. Founded in 2015, the company currently employs around 150 people and combines digital courses with individual online support, career advice and applicant coaching. As part of the partnership with Trill Impact, the digital education offering will be further expanded. Trill Impact is one of the leading international investors in the field of sustainability. In total, the company with offices in Sweden and Germany has more than EUR 1bn in assets under management.
