Ashurst has advised the international project developer Panattoni on the leasing of a logistics park being built in Grammetal, Thuringia, to the Chinese automotive supplier CATL. The parties have agreed not to disclose the details of the transaction.
The two halls on the approximately 110,000 m² site in the Nohra district will offer a total area of 54,800 m², just under 2,600 m² of office and social space and 3,500 m² of warehouse space. The site in Am Troistedter Weg is conveniently located close to the A4 motorway junction. Construction work is scheduled for completion in early 2025.
