Ashurst advises Pariter on Cumberland Country Golf Club structuring and development

    Global law firm Ashurst has advised Pariter on the structuring and development of a new retirement living precinct on the grounds of the Cumberland Country Golf Club.

    Pariter is a long-term investor specialising in developing and operating community infrastructure. The project will involve reconfiguring the golf course, new clubhouse facilities (including a bistro, bar, and al fresco balconies that will overlook the new course layout and lake), and a senior's living village, including connections between the golf course, wellness centre, and communal gardens.
