Ashurst advises Societe Generale and BNP Paribas

Ashurst advised Société Générale and BNP Paribas on the implementation of a €1 billion bridge loan.
Edenred's acquisition of Reward Gateway marks the exit of the Abry Partners and Castik Capital funds, which had a share in the company's capital since 2021.
This acquisition reflects Edenred's will to expand its service offering, particularly in the rewards and well-being segment.
The Ashurst team was led by finance partner Eric Fiszelson, supported by counsel Audrey Lesage and associate Louis Regnard.
