Ashurst advises Sunray Group on lifestyle development joint venture with The Lo & Behold Group

Ashurst ADTLaw has advised Sunray Group on its joint venture with The Lo & Behold Group Pte. Ltd. to refurbish, develop and manage a new lifestyle development at River Valley, Singapore.

The development will involve the adaptive reuse of a former school building completed in 1941 on a 217,000-square-foot compound in central Singapore. When completed, the lifestyle destination will be comprised of food and beverage, retail, wellness, entertainment, education, arts and culture, and a new-to-market serviced apartment concept.

Sunray Group is Singapore's largest interior fit-out, addition, and alteration works specialist. The Lo & Behold Group is a hospitality group based in Singapore.

    Director Yi Ming Choo commented:

"We are delighted to have represented Sunray Group on this exciting lifestyle development. Given the site's size and rarity, the government tender was hotly contested and we are honoured to have assisted our clients in this project."

The Ashurst ADTLaw team comprised of director Yi Ming Choo, associate director Zheng Kai Chok and senior associate Cheryl Chui.
