Ashurst has advised the lenders on an amend and extend of the existing financing of DvH Medien Group. The parties have agreed not to disclose the amount of the loan.
The extension and expansion of the financing will ensure sufficient financial flexibility for the DvH Medien Group for the coming years. It also supports the Group's growth strategy.
The Stuttgart-based media holding company DvH Medien GmbH is controlled by media entrepreneur Dieter von Holtzbrinck and holds shares in the newspaper publishers Handelsblatt, Wirtschaftswoche, Der Tagesspiegel and Die Zeit. In addition to daily and weekly print and online publications, the group is one of the leading providers of seminars, specialist conferences and training programmes in Germany.
