Ashurst has advised Unaric on the acquisition of 100% of the shares of the previously owner-managed Mirage Computer Systems GmbH (Mirage Computer Systems), which specialises in computer telephony integration (CTI) for the Salesforce software platform.
Mirage Computer Systems enables companies to integrate their existing telephony providers and Microsoft teams or their cloud-based voice call system with Salesforce.
