Ashurst advises Unaric on the acquisition of Mirage Computer Systems

Ashurst has advised Unaric on the acquisition of 100% of the shares of the previously owner-managed Mirage Computer Systems GmbH (Mirage Computer Systems), which specialises in computer telephony integration (CTI) for the Salesforce software platform.

Mirage Computer Systems enables companies to integrate their existing telephony providers and Microsoft teams or their cloud-based voice call system with Salesforce.

Unaric was founded in 2022 and is based in London, UK. Unaric acquires independent software vendors with great potential in the Salesforce ecosystem and helps them grow and expand. Unaric was founded by a team of experienced entrepreneurs who have built and grown multiple SaaS and Salesforce ISV businesses.
