Ashurst expands Paris global loans practice with senior partner hire

Eric joins from Herbert Smith Freehills where he was a partner in the Banking and Finance department and Regional Head of Finance, EMEA. He specialises in acquisitions, property financing and debt restructuring with over 20 years of experience across a wide range of sectors and products. Eric advises clients on corporate acquisition, real estate financing and on the restructuring of bank and bond debt. He acts on behalf of national and international lenders, borrowers and sponsors.

Eric also joins with counsel Audrey Lesage and associate Louis Regnard.
