Ashurst represented the bondholder's steerco on Onepoint consortium's successful bid over Atos

    Ashurst Paris represented the bondholders' steering committee, on its successful co-bid for the financial restructuring of Atos alongside with Onepoint, Butler Industries, Econocom and other financial creditors of the company. The Onepoint consortium will work with Atos to reach a definitive financial restructuring agreement, which will then be implemented through a dedicated fast-track process by July 2024.

    The Ashurst Paris team was led by partner Noam Ankri, counsel Elsa Decourt, senior associate Astrid Hubert-Benoist and associate Victoire Gabai on the restructuring and corporate aspects.
